“ACT for NIH thanks Chair Collins and Vice Chair Murray for working across the aisle to include language in the continuing resolution that prevents OMB’s proposed federal grants rule from taking effect through December 11. Congress should move swiftly to pass this bipartisan continuing resolution, avert a government shutdown, and protect the continuity of grants across the federal government, including life-saving medical research.
